Site Information

Storeroom Access

• Keys need to be picked up by one volunteer before shift from offsite location - for details please contact your Team Leader(s) or call Service Support for the location & code
• Leave “spares” box and large tub of detergent inside the storeroom during shift
• Keep storage room locked when not in use

Payment System

• Orange Sky have coins onsite to activate the washing machines - do not give any coins to friends to load themselves.
• Note all washing and drying loads in the invoice book

  • Use a new page for each new shift

  • Include the date at the top of the page

  • For each washing load or drying load

    • Note the washing machine/dryer number and also the cost of the wash (see below)
    • Initial next to the entry with your initials

    

Tips & Tricks for using this Laundromat

• Load coins slowly - watch the cost or drying time on the LED panel change before loading another coin.
